The Operator may, without prior notice, disrupt the operation of the Website if due to an error, malfunction, or other natural disaster and similar technical reasons, it cannot provide the Website or implement the service and if this is necessary due to maintenance work on the network or other infrastructure.

All disputes arising out of use of the Website shall be resolved in accordance with the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes that are not resolved with the procedure referred to in the preceding paragraph, shall be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.
